About Joseph Wachtel

As a native of Morristown, NJ born into a real estate family, Joe Wachtel has always had a passion to work in real estate himself.  While working his way to become a graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington, he bought his first investment at 19 years old and sold his first home as a licensed real estate agent at 23.  Joe has been a Hudson County real estate agent since 2015 primarily working in Hoboken, Jersey City, Union City & Weehawken and has been recognized as a top producer as well as a New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award recipient for 4 years in a row.  Currently a Jersey City resident, he gets to witness the fast-paced and ever-changing local real estate market and experience its unparalleled lifestyle first-hand every day.  For Joe, it is a privilege to do what he loves as a full-time career and is proud to be part of the evolution of this real estate market.
