About Beatrice Bogorad

From 1977 to 1988, Bea was an accomplished professional concert dancer, having received a BFA degree in dance and a degree in fine art. Growing up in Paterson, New Jersey, Bea acquired an appreciation for the urban lifestyle "I was drawn to real estate by my appreciation of the rich architectural history of Hoboken and the surrounding Hudson County" she recalls. In 1988 Ms. Bogorad received her real estate license and began working as a sales associate. Her rapid success was predictable as she enjoys working with people and handling challenging situations. This experience was essential, as being armed with her new real estate broker license, became the manager of Liberty's Hoboken office in 2004. The thriving Hoboken Office located at 525 Washington Street required Bea to implement many of the various management skills she had acquired. During her tenure this office was often ranked as Liberty's top office or the number one office in the Hudson County MLS, closing more than 1500 sales and approximately 6000 rentals during those 6 years. In 2011 Ms. Bogorad evolved with the organization to the new position of Strategic Planning/ Management Consultant and is an integral member of the management team. Bea also works with buyers and sellers and is one of Liberty Realty’s top ranking associates.
